Finding the perfect IT support partner is sort of like finding a romantic partner. When it all goes right you have someone in who fulfils your needs and fits perfectly into your life. When it all goes wrong you can end up with someone who isn’t a great match, leeches money from your pocket, and starts dating your best mate (alright, maybe they’re not exactly alike).

They might have the gift of the gab, but do their skills actually match up to what you need?
